To access the full features of spinph7, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one spinph7 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: spinph7 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinph7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft

All content on the spinph7 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of spinph7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the spinph7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of spinph7's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinph7 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

spinph7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spinph7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit spinph7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

spinph7 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and spinph7 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

spinph7 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
